The Haut Conseil de l'évaluation de la recherche et de l'enseignement supérieur (Hcéres) is the independent public authority responsible for evaluating all higher education and research structures, or for validating evaluation procedures carried out by other bodies. Through its analyses, evaluations and recommendations, the Hcéres supports and advises on improving the quality of higher education and research in France
