Registration

Registration in the first year of a doctorate program is determined by the head of the institution based on a proposal from the director of the doctoral school
The opinion of the thesis director and the laboratory director
regarding the quality of the project and the conditions under which it will be carried out is also taken into consideration
Although registration in a doctorate program is compulsory, it is not automatic
The administrative registration procedure must be completed at the beginning of each academic year with the registration institution
Registration takes place after your application has been validated by the doctoral school and is carried out in two steps

Step 1: Pre-Registration at the GS SMRE

Pedagogical registration with the SMRE Doctoral School via ADUM concerns all doctoral students (including cotutelles) from co-accredited institutions
This process is compulsory and essential for registering or re-registering with your respective institutions

You must register with your GS every year
Deadline for re-registration with the ED : 15 December

The ADUM Network is an online application used at GS SMRE to manage your studies, from your first registration to your thesis defence
It facilitates management and communication, promotes collaboration, and fosters an online community
